Delivery Terms and Conditions

Delivery Service: We currently operate with SF Express Hong Kong Cold Chain Delivery Service to deliver our frozen soups throughout Hong Kong.
Packaging: Each order is meticulously packed in a cardboard box with thermal insulation to maintain the frozen state during transit.
Delivery Cost: Enjoy free delivery on orders of HK$ 600 or more. A HK$ 25 delivery fee applies to orders between HK$ 300 and HK$ 599.99, and a HK$ 50 fee applies to all orders below HK$ 300.
Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery when your order of products totals HK$600 or more.

Order Processing and Lead Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM on a business day (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed and dispatched on the second business day following the order date.
Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or on public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Under normal circumstances, orders will be delivered within the next working day after being dispatched. The actual delivery time shall be subject to the information provided by SF Express Hong Kong. In the case of delivery during bad weather or to remote areas, the delivery time may be extended.
